Emiru

With notes of Clementine, Wine, and Milk Chocolate, this sweet and delicate coffee is sourced from METAD Agricultural Development PLC and is grown on land in the Guji and Sidama zones. After World War II, this land was provided to Muluemebet Emiru, the first African female pilot, by the Ethiopian Emperor.

This bourbon variety is sourced from Finca Florencia, a 250-acre estate located in Santa Elena Barillas, where during the harvest a great deal of care is dedicated to understanding optimum ripeness before picking.
